Saturday 5th October, Irish Day at Belmont, was a super success for Perth Racing, where they had 6000 patrons on course. It was also a brilliant day for the team. Zedspiel ran a great race sitting outside the leader and ran third in the fourth race. Then in the fifth, a super return to racing by Coruscation, who ran second and hopefully will be the start of a great campaign during the carnival.
To top it all Passion Cantata led all the way in winning the last race of the day to make many of our owners jump with joy. Let's hope she can continue with this form and be competative against the better fillies at Ascot during the summer carnival. The picture is of Passion Cantata returning to scale.
