Democratism wins two in a row this campaign after previous barrier woes. She jumped first, surrendered the lead and took the seat, muscled out at the top of the straight pushing the favourite Big Clint out of the way, and then ran past the leader to win comfortably. She deserves a chance to become the champion filly, the race being run on Saturday 12th November.
