Right Time showed yet again what a tough, strong, consistent racehorse he is with an outstanding win on Saturday 14th July, Bastille Day. Jumping from barrier fifteen of sixteen he showed amazing pace to sit outside the leader and, coming to the 500m, almost taking charge of the race and Ryan Hill by just wanting to go faster. He quickly put paid to the leader and ran away in the straight and was eased down on the line.
Democratism ran a great race, jumping quickly, sitting outside the leader, and taking the lead halfway up the straight where she was bumped by the horse on her inside. Even so she ran third, beaten a nose and a long head.
